The food was great, and the atmosphere was relaxing. Just a heads up, if you’re someone who likes to take their time digesting with a cup of tea, the waiters might give you a little nudge to wrap up!

When my partner booked Japanese for a special occasion, I had trepidations as I (wrongly) assumed it was just sushi, sushi, sushi, which is not really my go-to.
I am converted!!! The sashimi was so fresh, I swear it was still moving.....such a taste sensation.
Service was brilliant....for example, Momo chasing me down the street with my bag I'd left behind.
If you've never been to a Japanese restaurant and are curious........GO TO SUHINOEN!!

We sat at the sushi bar so we got a chance to peek at all the amazing dishes leaving the kitchen making us plan our next visit as soon as possible! Absolutely delicious and worth the price, the service was pleasant and quick which left us surprised because how packed the restaurant was, bravo to the staff for keeping a welcoming and chill vibe❤️🍤

Had super delicious food here. Started with a miso soup whilst waiting for the rest of the group and then we all shared a lot of small plates. The staff were really efficient and friendly. Thank you.

VERY BAD customer service
ordered to collect and they said 20 minutes. I came in 20 mins and they said another 30 minutes - they hadn't even started making my food. they were rude and it felt incredibly racist. they looked at me, I was speaking to them and they ignored me. AWFUL service, RUDE workers. highly encourage not to visit.

OK but not amazing.
The spicy chicken bento had small amounts of protein and instead plenty of onions and carrots...???
Squid balls with miniscule amounts of squid.
Additionally the restaurants own photos don't reflect reality for bentos at least.
High service charge for Whitechapel.

Great food! Ask for a table inside and around the big table. It’s lovely. Outside is a bit cold in winter and not as charming.

Delicious sushi, might be the best I’ve had in London so far.
Ramen was also delicious, and the portion size was pretty good.
Very polite service and nice atmosphere.
The place could use a bit of refurbishment - chairs, tables and facilities, would make it even nicer.

Siamo capitati in questo posto per caso perché l’hotel dove alloggiavamo era subito oltre il parco. Che dire? Il miglior sushi che abbia mai mangiato, oltre ad un servizio fantastico, e un personale cordiale e premuroso. Se potessi dare 10 stelle le darei.

When we moved to the area we wondered whether we could find a nice "traditional" Japanese restaurant. THIS IS IT! The most friendly service you can imagine, thinking of going back already makes me smile. The food is great, all of the choices you would expect, and best quality. We love the original Japanese atmosphere and all of the seasonal decorations. Thank you, it is always a treat to go to Sushinoen!

Everything was great and the even had a magician come around the tables if you were interested which was fun!
